About Large Group Training
Get Fit Together! Training is better with friends. Group exercise classes are one of the best ways to keep your motivation high by providing encouragement from instructors and classmates.
Our Large Group Training is structured similar to a class and is a great way to incorporate another form of training into your weekly exercise regimen at a more affordable price than individual training. With a variety of schedule options, you can get a great workout in before heading to work in the morning, during the lunch hour, or in the evening!
Our exercise programs of the day challenge you with workouts that focus on increasing your aerobic capacity so you can burn more calories and spend less time in the gym!
First Time Combo + Assessment
The Starting Point to a Fitter You!
At ActiveBody Fitness, safe exercise is a top priority. That’s why as a new client, you’ll take part in an initial fitness assessment, complete a physical readiness questionnaire, and discuss your background with your trainer. This helps us understand your exercise and medical history to determine if there are any concerns or challenges to starting exercise.
We’ll take you through a series of basic exercises that help evaluate your overall health and physical status to find a starting point for designing an appropriate exercise program customized for you!
Personal Training 12-Pass
The more you train, the more you save. Our individual personal training aims to help guide a client’s training, life, health and fitness goals. A 12 pack pass is $70/hr.
Personal Training 24-Pass
The more you train, the more you save. Our individual personal training aims to help guide a client’s training, life, health and fitness goals. A 24 pack pass is $64/hr.
Personal Training 36-Pass
The more you train, the more you save. Our individual personal training aims to help guide a client’s training, life, health and fitness goals. A 36 pack pass is $62/hr.
1-Time Personal Training
Our individual personal training aims to help guide a client’s training, life, health and fitness goals. In each one-hour session, you’ll work directly with a trainer who creates a training program specifically for your abilities, needs and goals. $80/hr or $50/ half hr.
Working out with people you know is more fun, and is a great way to get them involved in fitness! We offer Small Group Training and Large Group Training which is cost effective over personal training.
