SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Training is Better With Friends!
Small Group Training is similar to one-on-one programs, but with a group of up to 5 of your friends or family members. Working out with people you know is more fun, and this is a great way to get them involved in fitness!
Group sizes are kept small, so you still get a personalized training experience with specific programming based on the group’s goals and needs. The group will participate in an initial fitness assessment and discussion to evaluate abilities, needs, goals, and identify any challenges or concerns with exercise.
